FreezeDrop Hire Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
These Hire Terms & Conditions apply to all rentals of FreezeDrop equipment. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms in full.
FreezeDrop provides non-invasive body contouring equipment for guided home use. This is a rental service, not a medical or clinical treatment.
2. Service Area
FreezeDrop currently operates within Auckland (excluding Waiheke Island).
Bookings outside this area may be declined or cancelled.
3. Hire Period
The standard hire period is:
9:00am (start day) to 9:00am (end day)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the equipment is ready for return at the agreed time.
4. Delivery and Collection
Delivery Option
- FreezeDrop will deliver and collect the equipment
- Collection will occur at the end of the hire period
Pickup Option
- Customers collect the equipment themselves
- Customers must return the equipment by the agreed time and location
Failure to return on time may affect other bookings.
5. Late Returns
Equipment must be returned on time.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to apply fees where delays impact operations or other customers.
6. Use of Equipment
The equipment must be used:
- only for its intended purpose
- in accordance with all instructions provided
- by the person who made the booking (or approved users only)
Training will be provided either:
- in person, or
- via written instructions
You must read and follow all guidance before use.
7. Safety and Suitability
This equipment is not suitable for everyone.
You must NOT use the equipment if you are:
- pregnant or breastfeeding
- under 18 years of age
- affected by any contraindications listed in our guidance pages
You must review and follow all safety guidance that relates to your rental package:
If you are unsure whether the equipment is suitable for you, do not proceed.
8. Assumption of Risk
By using FreezeDrop equipment, you acknowledge and agree:
- you are using the equipment at your own risk
- you have read and understood the provided instructions
- you are responsible for how the equipment is used during your hire period
FreezeDrop is not responsible for:
- misuse of equipment
- failure to follow instructions
- use by unsuitable individuals
9. Damage, Loss, and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the equipment during the hire period.
You agree to:
- keep the equipment safe and secure
- avoid misuse or improper handling
- return all items in working condition
If equipment is:
- damaged
- lost
- returned incomplete
Repair or replacement costs may be charged.
10. Cleaning and Return Condition
Equipment must be returned:
- clean
- complete
- in good condition
Basic cleaning is required before return.
Failure to return the equipment in acceptable condition may result in additional cleaning or servicing charges.
11. Accessories and Consumables
Accessories are provided according to the selected package.
This may include:
- ultrasonic gel (included)
- antifreeze pads (Signature Reset package only)
Customers are responsible for returning all non-consumable items.
Missing items may incur replacement charges.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy:

13. Support During Hire
Support is available during the hire period:
9:00am – 5:00pm

Support is provided for:
- setup questions
- usage guidance
- troubleshooting
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
FreezeDrop is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss
- dissatisfaction with results
- outcomes of treatment use
All use is at the customer’s own risk.
15. Agreement
By placing a booking, you confirm that:
- you have read these terms
- you understand the risks
- you agree to comply with all instructions
- you accept full responsibility during the hire period
