Refund policy

FreezeDrop Equipment Hire – Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the hire of body contouring equipment (the "Equipment") from FreezeDrop. Because we provide hired equipment rather than retail goods, this policy differs from a standard product return policy.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at Hello@FreezeDrop.co.nz or 022 414 3373 as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to one night's hire. No refund is available once equipment has been dispatched.

Early Returns
If you return the equipment before your booked hire period ends, no refund will be given for unused hire days unless FreezeDrop has agreed to an early return in writing prior to collection.

Equipment Condition on Return
The equipment must be returned in the same clean condition in which it was received, with all accessories, applicators, gel pads, and cables included. Please clean all applicators and handpieces after each use as described in the instruction manual or how to section of the website. A cleaning or restocking fee may apply if the equipment is returned in an unclean or disorganised state.

Damage & Loss
You are responsible for the equipment during the hire period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, or loss of any component, may result in a repair or replacement charge. We will notify you of any applicable charges as soon as we have assessed the returned equipment.

Faulty Equipment
If the equipment develops a fault through no fault of your own during the hire period, please contact us immediately at Hello@FreezeDrop.co.nz or 022 414 3373. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include providing a replacement unit or offering a pro-rated refund for any days the Equipment was unusable.
